摘 要:研究了白色颜料-亚麻仁油色浆涂膜的对比率与颜料遮盖力之间的数学关系。将已知遮盖力的各种白色颜料分别和精制亚麻仁油均匀混合制成色浆,再将色浆在黑白格纸板上刷涂成厚度一致的涂膜。测试涂膜干燥前后的对比率,将对比率与遮盖力数值通过数学回归建立两者的相互关系。结果表明:厚度分别为40μm、60μm、80μm和100μm的白色颜料-亚麻仁油色浆涂膜的对比率与颜料遮盖力数值间为线性关系,其中涂膜厚度为80μm的线性方程的回归系数最大,湿涂膜回归系数达0.985 5。The mathematical relationship between the hiding power of pigment and the contrast ratio of film based on a paste comprising white pigment and linseed oil was studied. The paste was prepared from refined linseed oil and white pigment with different hiding power, which was coated on a paper substrate with black and white pattern to form a fihn with uniform thickness. The contrast ratio of film before and after drying was measured and then the relationship between the hiding power and contrast ratio was established by means of diagram and mathematical regression. The results showed that the films having thickness 40, 60, 80 and 100 p.m gave the linear equation in terms of the contrast ratio and hiding power. Particularly, the film having thickness 80 μm showed the maximum regression coefficient 0. 985 5.
