摘 要:基于压电阻抗技术对混凝土试块弹性模量在固化过程中发展进行了监测试验研究。用阻抗分析仪测得黏贴在不同配合比的混凝土试块的压电陶瓷在不同龄期下的电导纳信号,并对28 d龄期内不同配合比的混凝土试块进行弹性模量测试,然后采用共振频率偏移指标来评价混凝土固化过程中的变化。通过回归分析建立共振频率偏移与混凝土试块弹性模量之间的关系,建立的计算式用来监测混凝土弹性模量发展。结果表明,压电阻抗方法可用来监测混凝土弹性模量在固化过程中的变化。An experimental study for monitoring elastic modulus gain in concrete during curing process was presented based on piezoe- lectric impedance method. The piezoceramic (PZT)patch was attached on the concrete specimen to collect the monitoring signal.The e- lectro - mechanical admittance spectra of surface bonded PZT patch were collected using an impedance analyzer by sweeping the fre- quency. Meanwhile, the elastic modulus of concrete was tested during process. The resonant frequency shift index was conducted for e- valuating the change of elastic modulus in concrete during curing process.A regression analysis is conducted to establish the empirical relationship between the relative elastic modulus gain of concrete and the monitored relative resonant frequency change of the piezoelec- tric impedance spectra.The established empirical formula is used for concrete elastic modulus monitoring via piezoelectric impedance spectra.The results tell that the piezoelectric impedance technique is a practical and reliable nondestructive test method for concrete elas- tic modulus gain monitoring.
