摘  要:选取钢渣和钢屑两种工业废弃物,混合掺入砂浆中制备得到环保低成本的电磁屏蔽复合砂浆,在测定其电阻率的基础上测量其在300 MHz^3 GHz频率范围内的电磁屏蔽效能。试验结果表明:钢渣钢屑复合砂浆的电磁屏蔽效能随着导电材料掺量的增加而增大,1 cm厚度试件屏蔽效能峰值达到16.63 d B;复合砂浆屏蔽效能随厚度增加显著增大,3 cm试件屏蔽效能峰值达36.31 d B,比同配合比1 cm试件增大了118%;屏蔽效能峰值所对应的频率也随导电物掺量与试件厚度的改变而变化。Steel slag and steel crape,two industrial waste materials, were chosen to mix to add into cement system to produce electro- magnetic shielding composite mortar that was low cost and environmental protection. Its electromagnetic shielding effectiveness from 300 MHz to 3 GHz was studied by flange coaxial method on the basis of testing its electrical conductivity. The test results show that when the conductive material increase ,the shielding effectiveness of composite was improved and the maximum value reached 16.63 dB; With the increase of thickness, shielding effectiveness is more obvious; The frequency of the shielding effectiveness of extremum corre- sponding also changes with the increase of thickness.
