摘  要:根据最新颁布的《公路桥涵施工技术规范》要求,以粉煤灰、硅灰、减水剂、膨胀剂、纤维素、消泡剂为原材料,配制了一种预应力孔道压浆剂。通过试验系统研究了各种原材料对抗压强度变异性的影响,然后应用Logit模型对配合比进行了优化。试验结果表明:减水剂、消泡剂用量会使压浆料抗压强度的变异性增大,而硅灰、膨胀剂、纤维素则在一定程度上会抑制抗压强度的变异性。优化后的压浆料抗压强度7 d能达到60 MPa以上,28 d则会超过74 MPa,且同组数据误差均在10%以内,变异性显著降低。According to the latest "Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts", a kind of new pres- tressed duct grouting material was made up with fly ash, silica, plasticizer, expansive agent, cellulose and defoamer. Firstly the effects of different materials on variability of compressive strength were investiged. And then according to the experiment results, Logit model was used to optimized the ratio of mixture. Research results show water - reducing agent and defoamer can increase the variability of compressive strength, but micro - silica, expansion agent, cellulose can decrease the variability of compressive strength.The compres- sive strength of grouting material at 7 d and 28 d will over 60 MPa and 74 MPa respectly. At the same time, variability of strength is below 10%.
