医学生人际关系困扰现状及相关因素的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解医学生人际关系行为困扰现状及相关因素。方法:运用大学生人际关系综合诊断量表,对348名医学生进行人际关系行为困扰现状及其成因、价值取向进行调查分析。结果:有28.16%的医学生感到"人际交往"有困难。产生人际关系行为困扰原因主要以适应性差较为突出。结论:根据相关因素,采取相应的应对策略解决医学生人际关系行为困扰问题。Objective： To study the condition and related factors about medical students＇ interpersonal disturbance. Methods：The comprehensive diagnosis of College Students＇ interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale was used to investigate the interpersonal disturbance status and analyze its causes,value orientation in 348 medical students. Results： About 28. 16% medical students feel ＂ difficult interpersonal＂. Poor adaptabilicy were the main reason causing the interpersonal disturbance. Conclusion： Particular methods are used to solove the problem of medical students＇ intemational disturbance according to their related factors.
