创新查对法在妇产科静脉输液中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察创新查对法在妇产科静脉输液中的应用,探讨更为安全、有效、可操作的查对工作模式。方法:选择2012年5月至2013年5月住院输液患者10 040例,因妇科、产科在同一个病区,床号设置均有1-20号,将妇科病房分为试验组,产科病房分为对照组。对照组输液操作按照"三查八对"的执行标准进行查对,即服药注射处置前查、服药注射处置中查、服药注射处置后查,查对内容包括床号、姓名、药名、剂量、浓度、时间、用法、药物的有效期。试验组查对方法在"三查八对"的基础上,增加了患者对用药及姓名的确认,在输液执行单及所输液体瓶身上粘贴的机打信息标签空白处均签名。观察2组不良事件发生率和患者满意度。结果:试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均操作输液时间差异无统计学意义。患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:创新查对法可以有效地落实核查制度,提高查对效果,保障输液的安全性,减少输液差错,降低不良事件的发生率,提高患者的满意度,值得临床借鉴和推广。Objective： To observe the application of the innovation nurse check method in intravenous infusion in obstetrics and gynecology,and explore more safe,effective and convenience check mode. Methods： A total of 10 040 cases who had intravenous infusion from May 2012 to May 2013 were chosen. And 5 520 cases in gynecological ward as the experimental group,Meanwhile 5 520 cases in the obstetrics ward were the control group. In control group,according to multiple check,infusion procedure need to check bed number,patient name,drug types,dosage,concentration,time,usage,and the validity of the drug. In the experimental group,check method based on multiple check,the confirmation of drug and the name of the patient by both nurse and patient was done.They signed their name in transfusion list. The percent of adverse events and patient satisfaction in both groups were observed.Results： The percent of adverse events in experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. But there was no difference in infusion procedure time（ P〈0. 05）. Patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Innovation check method can improve the effect of check norm,ensure transfusion safety,reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient＇s satisfaction.
