家庭护理干预对儿童哮喘疗效及家长焦虑心理的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭护理干预对儿童哮喘疗效以及家长焦虑心理的影响。方法:将2012年6月到2013年6月在我院确诊的120例支气管哮喘儿童随机分为普通护理组和家庭干预组,普通护理组予以常规护理和药物治疗,家庭干预组予以家庭护理干预和药物治疗,观察6个月后患者疗效以及家长焦虑心理情况。结果:家庭干预组疗效和普通护理组的相比有明显的提高,家长焦虑心理也有明显的改善。结论:家庭护理干预能明显提高哮喘儿童疗效和改善家长焦虑心理。Objective： To discuss the influence of family nursing intervention on therapeutic effect and parents psychological anxiety of children with asthma. Methods： From Jun 2012 to Jun 2013,120 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into ordinary care group and family intervention group,the ordinary care group accepted routine nursing intervention and drug treatment,while the family intervention group accepted family nursing intervention and drug treatment. The therapeutic effect of children and difference of parents psychological anxiety were observed after six months. Results： There were significant differences in therapeutic effect and parents psychological anxiety between ordinary care group and family intervention group. Compared with ordinary care group,the therapeutic effect and parents psychological anxiety of family intervention group were improved. Conclusion： Family nursing intervention can improve therapeutic effect and parents psychological anxiety of children with asthma.
