辽西地区老年居民护理需求状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解辽西5市市区不同性别居家老年人护理需求现状,为进一步有针对性地提高社区护理健康教育及服务等工作提供依据。[方法]选取辽西地区朝阳、盘锦、锦州、阜新及葫芦岛5市市区居家老年人,问卷调查样本数5 159人,小组访谈样本数86人,采用问卷调查法与小组访谈法了解社区老年人的护理需求状况。[结果]不同性别居家老年人日常生活活动能力及对社区护理服务项目需求存在统计学差异(P<0.05),且有的需求呈现扼制状态。[结论]应对不同性别居家老年人开展有针对性及实用性的社区护理健康教育,使其重视专业护理对提高生活质量及健康水平的认知,促进社区护理工作的有效开展。Objective：To know about the status of nursing needs of different gender elderly residents in five ur-ban districts of western region Liaoning province,to provide the basis for further improving the community nursing health education and services.Methods：To select elderly residents from five urban district of Chaoyang, Panjin,Jinzhou,Fuxin and Huludao in western Liaoning district,the number of questionnaire survey sample were totally 5 159.The number of group interview sample were 86.To know about the status of nursing demand of the elderly in community by using the method of questionnaire and focus group interviews.Results：Daily liv-ing activities ability and the demand of community nursing services of different gender elderly residents was sta-tistical different（P 〈0.05）.And some demands were in curbed state.Conclusion：One should develop targeted and practicaly community nursing health education for different gender elderly residents,so as to improve their professional nursing cognition on life quality and health level,and to promote effective development of commu-nity nursing work.
