突发事件模拟演练在提高机动库护士应急能力中的作用

摘　　要：[目的]通过突发事件情景模拟应急演练,有效提高机动库护士应急能力。[方法]2012年4月—2013年10月,护理部制定详细情景模拟演练方案,演练后从应急能力、急救技术操作、急救仪器设备使用、急救相关知识掌握4个维度考核评价机动库护士应急能力。[结果]演练前后机动库护士应急能力、急救技术操作、急救仪器设备使用、急救相关知识掌握情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]对机动库护士进行突发事件情景模拟应急演练,可有效提高机动护士综合应急能力。Objective：Through emergency accident scene simulation exercises to effectively improve the emergen-cy capacity of mobile bank nurse.Methods：From April in 2012 to October in 2013,a detailed scenario simulation exercises program was made by the nursing department.And the emergency ability of mobile bank nurses was appraised from the four dimensions of emergency capacity,emergency technical operations,the use of emergency equipment and first aid related knowledge mastering.Results：Before and after the exercise,in terms of mobile bank nurses’emergency maneuvering capability,emergency technical operations,the use of emergency equip-ment,first aid related knowledge,there were statistically significant differences（P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.Conclu-sion：Emergency qccident scene simulation exercises for maneuvering mobile bank nurses can effectively improve the comprehensive emergency ability of mobile bank nurses.
