摘  要:目的:观察不同针刺刺激量诱导动物不同"得气"状态对寒凝证类痛经模型大鼠血清Ca2+及子宫Ca2+的影响,探讨针刺"得气"治疗痛经相关机制。方法:将90只SD雌性大鼠,随机分为4组:盐水对照组18只,寒凝证类痛经模型组(模型组)、刺激量A组(期望"得气"组)与刺激量B组(期望"不得气"组)各24只,采用全身冷冻联合雌激素法建立寒凝类痛经大鼠模型,并用粗针深刺行手法与细针浅刺不行手法干预模型20 min,采用不同检测方法观察血清及子宫组织内钙离子变化情况。结果:1.血清内Ca2+含量:与盐水组比较,模型组及刺激量B组血清内Ca2+含量显著增多(P<0.01);与模型组比较,刺激量A组血清内Ca2+含量显著降低(P<0.01)。2.各组子宫组织内Ca2+含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3.4组大鼠子宫平滑肌内Ca2+荧光强度及百分比比较,各组间P1/P2荧光强度无明显变化,但模型组P2百分比显著增多(P<0.01),而刺激量A组能够明显降低P2百分比(P<0.01)。结论:刺激量A组能明显降低痛经模型血清Ca2+浓度及Fluo-3-AM负载细胞子宫Ca2+荧光强度百分比,分析认为不同针刺刺激量诱导的不同"得气"状态治疗痛经的机制是通过调节血清及子宫平滑肌内Ca2+水平实现镇痛。Objective: To investigate the serum Ca2+ and Ca2+ in the womb on experimental cold syndrome of primary dysmenorrheal model rats by using different acupuncture methods at SP6. Methods: The 90 female SD rats of 3 months aged were randomized into 4 groups,which included saline control group,cold stagnation of primary dysmenorrheal model control group(model control group ),A stimuli group(deqi group)and B stimuli group (no dcqi group), in addition to the saline control group the rest of the group of rats with whole body freezing method combined with estradiol benzoate injection mold,saline control group rats were injected 0.9%Nacl. Then the acupuncture groups acupuncture corresponding point 20min after modeling, the Ca2~ in serum and uterine of rats in each group was observed. Results: (1) The calcium of serum :compared with saline,the calcium in Serum of model group and B stimuli Group were increased significantly (P〈0.01); compared with model group, A stimuli Group was decreased significantly (P〈0.01).(2) The calcium of uterine tissue: no significantly.(3) calcium fluorescence intensity of Uterine smooth muscle: compared with model group, A percentage of the amount of stimulation P2 group decreased significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion: A stimuli Group can significantly reduce dysmenorrhea model serum Ca2+ and Fluo-3-AM load cells of the uterus Ca2 + fluorescence percentage strength, analysts that the different stimulation reduce "deqi" state dysmenorrhea mechanism by regulating serum and uterine smooth muscle Ca2+ levels to achieve analgesia.
