摘  要:目的:观察针刺联合有氧运动对缺血性认知障碍大鼠行为学及海马神经元细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)及相关因子TNF-α、IL-6的影响。方法:采用改良双侧颈总动脉分期永久结扎法,制备缺血模型,设立空白组和假手术组,通过水迷宫实验测验小鼠的记忆能力,免疫组化法检测大鼠海马ICAM-1表达水平及Elisa法检测血清中TNF-α、IL-6含量。结果:大鼠行缺血造模后ICAM-1表达显著增加。经干预治疗后,单纯有氧运动组和单纯针刺组大鼠海马ICAM-1表达下降,而有氧运动联合针刺治疗组大鼠海马ICAM-1表达较模型组显著下降。与缺血模型组比较,针刺干预组、有氧运动组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6含量降低,针刺和有氧运动联合干预组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6含量明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合有氧运动干预认知障碍大鼠可减少ICAM-1在海马神经元中的表达,从而减轻大鼠的脑损伤程度,改善其认知功能障碍。Objective: To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with aerobic exercise on the behaviors and the expression of ICAM-1, TNF--α and IL-6in hippo campus of ischemic cognitive impairment in rats model. Methods: Modified ligation of bilateral common carotid artery in installment permanent prepared method to prepare of ischemia model in rats model, set up the blank group and control group. Through the water maze experiment test memory ability of mice, immunohisto-chemical method to detect the rat hippocampal ICAM-1 expression level and serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels. Results: The ICAM-1 expression of rats with ischemia increased significantly after modeling; After the intervention, the rat hippocampal ICAM-1 expression decreased in simple aerobic exercise group and acupuncture group, while in aerobic exercise combined with acupuncture treatment group, the ICAM-1 expression in rat hippocampus lower than those in the model group. Compared with the ischemic model group, acupuncture treatment group and aerobic exercise group showed lower serum TNF-α alpha and IL-6 content and acupuncture and aerobic exercise combined intervention group showed lower serum TNF-α, IL-6 content, with statistically significant difference was (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with aerobic exercise could inhibit the inflammatory response in Cognitive impairment in rats by reducing the expression of ICAM-1, TNF-α and IL-6, then improve their cognitive dysfunction.
