强肾益精颗粒对肾阳虚小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究强肾益精颗粒对氢化可的松致小鼠肾阳虚证的影响。方法:采用氢化可的松致小鼠肾阳虚模型,观察强肾益精颗粒对肾阳虚小鼠的影响。结果:强肾益精颗粒能增加肾阳虚模型小鼠体质量、增加小鼠自主活动次数和负重游泳时间,能显著增加肾阳虚小鼠胸腺指数,对脾指数亦有提高趋势。结论:强肾益精颗粒对肾阳虚小鼠有壮阳作用,并能提高其免疫功能。Objective： To study the influence of Qiangshenyijng particles （强肾益精颗粒） on mice with kidney yang defi- ciency symptom induced by hydrocortisone. Methods： Kidney yang deficiency symptom model were induced by intramuscular in- jection with hydrocortisone,and the influence of Qiangshenyijng particles on h kidney yang deficiency symptom was observaed. Results： Qiangshenyijng particles can increase the mice body weight, independent active number of times, swimming time and thymus index, and the spleen index also had a tendency to improve. Conclusion： Qiangshenyijng particles have effective in the treatment of insufficiency of kidney-Yang, and can improve the immune function of mice.
