化石利胆汤对胆总管结石ERCP术后患者CYP7A1和B-UGT的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨化石利胆汤对逆行胰胆管造影取石(ERCP)术后胆总管结石患者血液以及血脂中的胆固醇7α羟化酶以及二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶的影响。方法:选取90例行ERCP检查且证实胆总管结石并行碎石取石术患者,将其随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组45例,治疗组给予常规治疗结合化石利胆汤,对照组予常规治疗,分别比较治疗前以及治疗后第7天、1个月患者血CYP7A1、B-UGT m RNA以及蛋白的表达情况。结果:治疗组服药后第7天、1个月的CYP7A1、B-UGT m RNA表达水平均明显高于治疗前,且与对照组同时期比较明显升高,治疗组服药治疗后第7天的CYP7A1、B-UGT蛋白表达水平明显较治疗前升高,且与对照组同时期比较明显升高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化石利胆汤可上调胆总管结石ERCP术后患者CYP7A1、B-UGT m RNA及其蛋白的表达。Objective： To analyze the impact of Huadanlishitang （化石利胆汤） on CYP7A1 ERCP and B - UGT after us- ing fossil cholagogue decoction in the treatment forpatients with common bile duct calculi who received ERCP. Methods： The 90 common bile duct calculi patients, confirmed by ERCP check and received parallel rubble stone extraction surgery, were selected; and the patients were divided into treatment and control group, 45 cases in each; patients were given western medicine combined f Huadanlishitang in treatment group, and routine therapy in control group. The mRNA and protein ex- pression of CYP7A1, B-UGT were compared before treatment and 7 d, 1 month after treatment. Results： In 7 days and a month, the CYPTA1, B-UGT mRNA expression levels in treatment group were significantly higher than that of before treat- ment, and also significantly increased compared with control group; CYP7A1, B - UGT protein expression levels in the treat- ment group were significantly higher before treatment after treatment for 7d, and also significantly increased compared with control group at the same time; the differences between groups were statistically significant, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huadanlishi- tang could raise the expression of CYP7A1, B-UGT mRNA and protein.
