中医药对阿尔茨海默病中枢胆碱能系统影响的研究进展

摘　　要：从单味中药及中药复方2个角度阐述了中医药对阿尔茨海默病中枢胆碱能系统功能的影响,研究显示:部分中药及中药复方制剂能改善阿尔茨海默病患者的胆碱能系统功能,从而提高认知能力,减缓病情发展。其对胆碱能系统的改善作用,主要通过增强中枢Ch AT活性、降低ACh E活性,从而提高Ach含量来实现。This paper reviews the influence of the Traditional Chinese Medicine to the central cholinergic system of Alzheimer^s Disease, from the aspects of single traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound. The research shows some traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation can improve the pa- tients with Alzheimer＇s disease in the cholinergic system, so as to impwve the cognitive ability, and slow the progression of the disease. The improvement of the cholinergic system was mainly according to the enhancement of central ChAT activity, decline of the AChE activity of and enhancement of Ach content.
