摘 要:[目的]了解护理硕士应对方式现状及影响因素,为护理硕士教育提供依据。[方法]便利抽取全国不同地区12所高校273名护理硕士,采用应对方式问卷、社会支持量表进行问卷调查。同时将护理硕士生应对方式状况与其中9所高校的医学硕士207人、6所高校的非医学类硕士204人、河南省本科护生449人进行比较。[结果]护理硕士应对方式较成熟;有无工作经验及父母不同学历护理硕士生应对方式选择差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,主观支持进入求助回归方程,可解释其变异量的2.50%;主观支持进入合理化回归方程,可预测其变异度的2.00%;社会支持总分进入解决问题回归方程,可解释其5.30%的变异量;支持利用度和社会支持总分进入求助回归方程,可解释其18.90%的变异量。[结论]高校应根据实际情况,有针对性地对护理硕士进行教育。Objective:To know about the status quo and influencing factors of coping style of nursing master, aims to provide the evidence for the education of nursing masters.Methods:A total of 273 nursing masters were extracted conveniently from 12 universities in different regions in China,they received questionnaire survey by coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale.At the same time,the status of nursing masters’cop-ing styles was compared with that of 207 medical masters in 9 universities,204 non medical masters in 6 univer-sities and 449 nursing undergraduates in Henan province.Results:The coping style of nursing masters was more mature;there was statistically significant difference in the selection of coping style among nursing masters hav-ing work experience or not and their parents having different educational background(P〈0.05 );the multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that when the subjective support entered into the appeal regression equa-tion,it could explain the 2.50% of variance;when the subjective support entered into the rational regression e-quation,it could predict the 2.00% of diversity;when the total score of social support entered into the regres-sion equation of solving problem,it could explain the 5.30% of variance;when the utilization of support and to-tal score of social support entered into the appeal regression equation,it could explain the 18.90% of variance. Conclusion:The universities should carry out the education for the nursing masters targetedly on basis of the ac-tual situation.
