摘　　要：IR联盟已成为未来机构知识库发展的重要趋势。对IR联盟的实施背景和概念进行了简单阐述,从文化传统、政策法律、组织管理、技术标准4个方面对机构知识库联盟实施中的影响因素进行了详细论述分析。Institutional Repository Network has become an important trend to the developing of institutional repository. This paper describes Influencing Factor of Institutional Repository Network during Implementation Process from the points of cultural tradition, policy and law, organizational management and technology standards.
