摘　　要：汽车的耐腐蚀性是其产品质量的重要组成部分,汽车的耐腐蚀性能不仅影响整车的美观,而且还影响功能,一些重要零部件的腐蚀甚至影响到行车安全。为考核整车的耐腐蚀性并发现整车耐腐蚀方面的问题及薄弱环节,需要通过整车强化腐蚀试验的实施,得出试验结果并对试验结果进行分析,从而改进整车的防腐蚀水平。针对试验结果暴露出的主要问题,对影响腐蚀的主要因素做出了相关的防腐措施。Corrosion resistance of vehiele is very important for the vehicle quality. Corrosion resistance of vehicle will influence not only the appearance of vehicle, but also the safety especially the corrosion of some important parts. In order to test corrosion resistanee of vehicle and find the weakness for the corrosion durability, the corrosion test was implemented, then its test result was analyzed. The corrosion resistance level was improved. According to the main problems oecurred in the test, some measurement was implemented for the main factor that influeneed the corrosion function.
