摘 要:为在刚性理论基础上来解决刚性不足的汽车塑料饰件过定位设计布置与装配问题,在装配定位一般设计原则的基础上,运用理论分析以及CAE和Model Flow软件计算实例,对塑料件等柔性非金属件装配采用过定位设计的必要性进行了论述,并对如何过定位进行了分析与讨论。刚性不足是塑料件设计普遍存在的现象,合理的过定位是塑料件设计的一般原则,利用柔性结构吸收变形来进行过定位布置是塑料件过定位设计的关键。The aim of this paper is to solve the problem of the over-constraint during the course of design and assembly of plastic automotive trim that lacks rigidity on the basis of rigidity theory. Based on general design principle of assembly and locator, the necessity of over-constraint during the assembly of flexible non-metal parts such as plastics is discussed by theoretical analysis, CAE and Model Flow software tools. At the same time, how to use over-constraint is analysed and discussed in the paper. Insufficient rigidity often exists when designing the plastic parts, reasonable over-constraint is a general principle in the design of plastic parts, using the flexible structure to absorb the distortion is the key of over-constraint layout for plastic parts.
