摘  要:利用双辊连铸-温轧-中间退火-平整轧制-最终退火工艺制备了厚度为0.50mm、质量分数为6.5%Si的硅钢薄带。利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和磁性测量研究了不同的平整轧制量对最终退火板的金相显微组织、织构和磁性的影响。结果表明:退火板的平均晶粒尺寸随平整量的增加而逐渐减小,且晶粒尺寸差异减小。当平整量大于12%时,最终退火板表面织构为λ织构,中心层出现明显的γ织构,并且γ织构强度随平整量减小出现增强的趋势。当平整量较小时,织构强点比较分散。随着平整量的增加,最终退火板磁感应强度先减小而后增加。随平整量的增加,低频铁损先快速减小而后缓慢增加,而高频铁损则是逐渐下降。A Fe-6.5%Si steel thin strip with a final thickness of 0.50 mm was produced by twin-roll continuous casting-warm rolling-intermediate annealing-temper rolling-final annealing process.The effects of temper rolling rate on microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of the annealing strips were investigated with optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurement.The results show that the average grain size of the annealing strips decreases gradually with increasing temper rolling rate,and the size difference between the grains decreases.When the temper rolling rate is larger than 12%,the surface texture of the annealing strips isλtexture and the obviousγtexture appears in the middle of the strips,its intensity increases with decreasing temper rolling rate.When the temper rolling rate is lower than 12%,the distribution of texture is dispersed.The magnetic induction of the annealing strips decreases firstly and then increases with increasing temper rolling rate.With the increase of temper rolling rate,the low-frequency iron loss decreases rapidly first and then increases slowly.The high-frequency iron loss de-creases gradually with increasing temper rolling rate.The research work was useful to develop electrical steel by twin roll continuous casting process.
