摘　　要：《夏鼐日记》中记载有多处与郭沫若相关的资料,这些资料是夏鼐、郭沫若二人交往的直接记录。二人交往的整个过程可分为"读书相识"、"共事互动"、"回忆总结"三个阶段。"良师益友"是郭沫若在夏鼐心中的形象,亦是二人交往的真实写照。考察他们的交往,对中国考古学史、20世纪学人关系史的研究颇具意义。There are many records about Guo Moruo in Xia Nai＇s Diary, which reflect associations between Xia Nai and Guo Moruo. The whole process of this interaction can be divided into three stages： reading acquaintance, interactive work and recalling summary. Guo Moruo is a good mentor and helpful friend in Xia Nai＇s mind, which is a best reflection about their interactions. Studying of their contacts is important for Chinese archeology history and the 20th century scholar-relationship history.
