城市化背景下古建筑保护与再利用研究——以无锡地区为例

摘　　要：我国是一个古建筑资源丰富的国家,但是当前很多地区在城市建设中普遍未处理好古建筑保护与开发的关系,建筑遗产甚至成了城市化进程的绊脚石。文章分析了当前古建筑保护和深度开发中存在的问题及产生的原因,探求解决的办法,并以无锡地区为例,探寻适合文物建筑可持续利用模式,探讨历史与现代化相融合的城市建设思路,探求最佳的保护和利用途径,以提高城市的文化底蕴和精神文明建设。China is rich in resources of ancient buildings. However, architectural heritage bas become a stumbling block in the process of urbanization in many regions owing to their being unable to handle well the relationship between protection of ancient buildings and urban development. This paper first analyzes the problems and their causes in current protection and development of ancient buildings, then takes Wuxi as an example to explore a mode of sustainable utilization of ancient buildings, seek ideas of urban construction integrating his- tory and modernization and pursue the best ways of protecting and utilizing ancient buildings, thus improving cultural heritage and spiritual civilization construction of cities.
