摘 要:目的:观察有效组分复方BZL对高脂饮食诱导小鼠单纯性脂肪肝(NAFL)、脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的作用。方法:小鼠随机分正常组、模型组、BZL方组。正常组予对照饲料(10%脂肪热能),模型组、BZL方组予高脂饲料(60%脂肪热能)。NAFL模型以高脂饲料诱导8周,BZL方组第5周开始灌胃给药4周;NASH模型以高脂饲料诱导16周,BZL方组第13周开始灌胃给药4周。观察体质量、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肝组织甘油三酯(TG)、肝组织病理。结果:高脂饮食8周,小鼠肝脏病理主要表现为NAFL,肝组织TG较正常组显著升高(P<0.01),BZL方组肝组织TG及肝脏病理显著改善(P<0.01);高脂饮食16周,小鼠肝脏病理主要表现为NASH,肝组织TG、血清ALT较正常组显著升高,BZL方组血清ALT、肝组织TG及肝脏病理变化均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:BZL方能有效防治高脂饮食诱导小鼠NAFL及NASH。Objective: To investigate the effect of effective components formula BZL on non-alcoholic simple fatty liver (NAFL) and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) induced by high-fat diet in mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into normal group (10% energy originating in fat), model group and BZL group (60% energy originating in fat). NAFL model was induced by high-fat diet for 8 weeks and NASH model lasted for 16 weeks. BZL formula was administrated orally from 5th week to the end of the 8th week in NAFL model and from 13th week to the end of the 16th week in NASH model. The weight, serum ALT, TG liver tissue and liver tissue pathology were observed. Results: After 8 weeks, the pathology of liver was mainly showed NAFL, the hepatic triglycerides (TG) increased significantly in BZL group compared with the normal group (P〈0.01). The changes of hepatic TG and histopathological in liver tissue improved obviously (P〈0.01). Afterl6 weeks, the pathology of liver was mainly showed NASH, and hepatic TG and serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) increased significantly compared with the normal group. The changes of serum ALT, hepatic TG and histopathological in liver tissue improved obviously in BZL group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: BZL formula have effective prevention and treatment for NAFL and NASH induced by high-fat diet in mice.
