国医大师班秀文从肾论治妇科疾病经验探析

摘　　要：文章介绍国医大师班秀文教授从肾论治妇科疾病的经验。班老师认为肾为先天之本,元阴元阳之所出,储藏先后天的精气,妇女经带胎产都与肾密切相关,提出"从肾治经""从肾治带""从肾治孕"的治疗原则,临床上从肾论治妇科疾病,取得满意的疗效。Experience of TCM master BAN Xiu-wen in the treatment of gynecological diseases from kidney was introduced in this article. Professor BAN Xiu-wen believed that the congenital foundation was kidney which stored the congenital and acquired essence, where primordial yin and primordial yang were generated. Based on the close relation between the gynecopathy and obstetrics diseases and kidney, 3 principles of treatment were proposed, including catamenia diseases from the kidney, eukorrhea diseases from the kidney and gestation diseases from the kidney. Professor BAN Xiu-wen had been treated the gynecological disease from kidney in clinical, which got satisfying clinical effect.
