电针大椎及百会穴治疗老年性痴呆36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针大椎及百会穴治疗老年性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将72例老年性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组采用电针大椎、百会穴治疗,每日1次,治疗6d停1d,共12周;对照组口服盐酸多奈哌齐片,前4周每日睡前口服5mg,后8周改为10mg。治疗前后分别进行简明精神状态量表(MMSE)、生活能力Barthel指数量表(MBI)评分,治疗结束后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为75.00%,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MMSE积分、MBI积分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针大椎及百会穴能改善老年性痴呆患者认知功能,提高日常生活能力,疗效确切。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture on Dazhui （GV14） and Baihui （GV20） in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. Methods： 72 patients with AD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases in each group. Patients in treatment group were treated by eletro-acupuncture on Dazhui （GV14） and Baihui （GV20）, once a day, lasting for 6 days and pause one day, in total of 12 weeks. Patients in control group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets by oral at 5mg at bedtime for the first 4 weeks, then 10rag for the last 8 weeks. The mini mental status scale （MMSE） and life ability of Barthel index scale （ADL） were used to examine before and after the treatment. The clinical effect was evaluated after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the scores of MMSE and ADL after treatment were significantly improved in both groups （P〈0.01）, and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture on Dazhui （GV14） and Baihui （GV20） can improve the cognitive function and the ability of daily life in patients with AD, which is effective and deserve promotion.
