孔圣枕中丹治疗轻度认知障碍的可行性及临床研究思路

摘　　要：轻度认知障碍(MCI)是介于正常衰老与痴呆之间的状态,是对认知衰退过速早期干预的最适合阶段。MCI患者常伴情志异常,多为研究者所忽视。益智名方孔圣枕中丹兼具调节情志功效,且已有动物实验和临床研究基础,因此较适合对MCI患者进行干预。而借助f MRI、ERP、MRS等技术,可客观化评测孔圣枕中丹对MCI的疗效并探讨其作用机制。Mild cognitive impairment （MCI） was the state between normal aging and dementia, which was the optimized stage for intervention to the cognitive impairment. Patients with MCI were usually accompanied by abnormal emotion symptom, which was neglected by researchers. As a famous formula for enriching wisdom, Kongsheng Zhenzhong Dan could improve intelligence and regulate emotion which had the basis of animal experiments and clinical researches, which was suitable for intervention in the patients with MCI. Meanwhile, the effect of Kongsheng Zhenzhong Dan on MCI could be objectively evaluated with the unctional magnetic resonance imaging （fMRI）, event-related potential （ERP）, magnetic resonance spectroscopy （MRS） and other techniques, which would contribute to the further research of its mechanism.
