摘　　要：激痛点针刺疗法由于其疗效独特而日益受到医学界广泛关注。文章从主要针刺部位(激痛点)、针刺效应机制及临床应用3个方面对激痛点针刺疗法的临床文献进行总结,发现针刺激痛点在治疗疼痛性病症、内脏相关疾病及耳鸣等方面具有非常显著的疗效,并且针刺激痛点的疗效与针具选择、针刺手法、角度和深度等参数关系密切。但目前相关研究文献较少,尚需进一步的深入研究和挖掘。Due to the unique curative effect, acupuncture therapy on trigger point acquired more attention by the medical field. This article summarized the clinical literatures about acupuncture therapy on trigger point from three aspects of acupuncture parts （trigger point）, acupuncture effect mechanism and clinical application. It found that the curative effect of treating painful illness, internal organs related disease, tinnitus and so on with therapy of acupuncture on trigger point, and the curative effect was closely related with some parameters such as needle selection, manipulation, angle and depth of acupuncture. But the relevant research literatures were less at present, and it remained to be further research and mining.
