毓麟合剂及其拆方对大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞增殖与分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨毓麟合剂及其拆方对离体大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞(GC)增殖及雌、孕激素分泌的影响。方法:体外培养的大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞,加入毓麟合剂及其拆方汤剂作用24h后,在显微镜下观察卵巢颗粒细胞数量的变化,MTT法测定卵巢颗粒细胞增殖数量,ELISA法测定培养液中雌、孕激素的浓度。结果:毓麟合剂可明显增加卵巢颗粒细胞数量,并增加雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)的分泌。HE染色显微镜下观察可表现为卵巢颗粒细胞增多等。结论:毓麟合剂能够增加离体大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞数量并能够促进雌二醇和孕酮的分泌。Objective： To investigate the effects of Yulin Mixture and its disassembled prescriptions on the proliferation of ovary granulosa cells （GC） of rats and the secretion of estradiol, progesterone. Methods： The ovary granulosa cells of rats were cultured in vitro, then added Yulin Mixture and its disassembled prescriptions for 24h. The number changes of ovarian granulosa cells were observed under the microscope. The proliferative quantity of ovarian granulosa cells was measured by MTT method. The concentration of estrogen, progesterone in cultured liquid was determined by ELISA. Results： Yulin mixture could obviously increase the number of ovarian granulosa cells, and increase the secretion of estradiol （E2） and progesterone （P）. The number of ovarian granulosa cells was increased under the microscope by HE staining. Conclusion： Yulin Mixture could increase the number of ovarian granulosa cells cultured in vitro and promote the secretion of estradiol and progesterone.
