摘 要:目的:通过研究去脂软肝方对早期脂肪肝血脂及血液流变学各项指标的影响,从血液流变学角度探讨早期脂肪肝与血瘀证的关系。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组及用药组,采用高脂饮食法复制非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型。模型组及用药组喂高脂饲料,正常对照组给予普通饮食,用药组每日去脂软肝方药液灌胃,检测各组大鼠血清和肝组织TC、TG及血液流变学指标。结果:和模型组相比较,用药后早期脂肪肝大鼠血脂及血液流变学各项指标均较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论:去脂软肝方对早期脂肪肝血脂代谢异常有改善并能抑制因血脂升高引起的一系列血液流变学指标的改变。Objective: To discuss the relationship between early fatty liver and syndrome of blood stasis from the perspective of hemorheology through researches on influence of Quzhi Ruangan Formula on blood fat and hemorheology. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into a control group, a model group and a treatment group. The rats in the model and treatment groups were fed with high fat diet to establish the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease rat models, and rats in the control group were fed with normal diet. Rats in the treatment group received gavage administration with Quzhi Ruangan Formula daily. TC and TG levels in serum and liver and hemorheology indexes of rats in each group were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, the blood fat and hemorheology indexes of rats in treatment group was significantly lower (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Quzhi Ruangan Formula could improve the abnormity of blood lipid metabolic of early fatty live and inhibit the changes of hemorheology indexes caused by elevating blood lipids.
