摘　　要：金匮肾气丸是以温补肾阳、化气利水为主要功效的经典方剂,临床上多应用于肾阳虚证的治疗。文章通过分析同仁堂金匮肾气丸的方药源流、方证主治,并结合糖尿病肾病、慢性前列腺炎的案例,以阐述同仁堂金匮肾气丸的临床应用。Jinkui Shenqi Pill is a classic formula of TCM with the main effect of warmly invigorating kidney yang and inducing diuresis for removing edema, and it is usually used in the treatment of kidney yang-deficiency in clinic. This paper analyzes the source and indications of Jinkui Shenqi Pill from Tong Rex Tang, through combined the cases in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and chronic prostatitis, in order to expound its clinical application.
