浅析抗痨补肺专药利肺片组方机制

摘　　要：肺痨是一种以肺系症状为主的慢性消耗性疾病,与肺结核高度相关。肺痨证属虚实夹杂,治疗中当补虚抗痨兼顾,扶正祛邪并用。利肺片作为临床驱痨补肺的代表药物,其用药配伍与肺痨的病因病机高度吻合。利肺片功用以杀虫补虚为主,兼能止咳、止血、敛汗兼清虚热。现代药理研究显示,方中药物不仅具有抗菌抗病毒、抗炎、止咳平喘作用,还能调节机体免疫力、抗氧化、抗疲劳,于祛邪中寓培元固本之意。本方临床不仅可作为肺结核的辅助治疗药物,还可广泛用于慢性气管炎、气管炎、哮喘等以喘咳为主要表现的肺部疾病。Phthisis was a kind of chronic wasting diseases with pulmonary symptoms, and it highly related with pulmonary tuberculosis. The syndrome of pulmonary tuberculosis was syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess, and the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis should pay attention to nourishing deficiency to anti tuberculosis and strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor. As the representative drug for nourishing deficiency to anti tuberculosis, the prescription combination principle of Lifei Tablet was strongly identical with etiology and pathogenesis. The function of Lifei Tablet was nourishing deficiency and killing ascarid, relieving a cough, stopping bleeding, arresting sweating and clearing deficient heat. Modern pharmacological research showed that drugs in Lifei Tablet not only could anti bacteria, virus and inflammation, and relieve cough and asthma, but also could regulate body＇s immune system, anti oxidation and fatigued, and the meaning was consolidating basis in eliminating evil. Lifei Tablet not only could be as the ancillary drug for pulmonary tuberculosis treatment, but also could be as drug for treatment of chronic bronchitis, bronchitis, asthma and pulmonary disease with cough as the main performance.
