摘  要:目的:研究莪术、白术挥发油提取及包合的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用单因素考察法,以挥发油得量为指标,考察药材粉碎度、加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间对挥发油的提取影响,优选提取工艺;采用正交试验法,以挥发油利用率、包合物含油率、包合物收率综合评分为指标,考察挥发油与β-环糊精的用量比、包合时间、包合温度对挥发油包合的影响,优选出最佳工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为过20目筛粗粉,加6倍量水,不浸泡,提取6 h;最佳包合工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精的用量比1:6,包合120 min,包合温度为50℃。结论:该提取方法可较完全地提取莪术、白术挥发油,经β-环糊精包合后,性质稳定,包合工艺简单可行。Objective: To study the optimal extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil from Ezhu(rhizoma curcuma) and Baizhu (rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae). Methods: To optimize the extraction process, taking the yield of volatile oilas the index, study the effect grinding degree of material, quantity of water, soaking time and extracting time on the extraction of volatile oil by single factor method. Taking the utilization ratio of volatile oil, the oil contentratio of inclusion and yield ratioof inclusion as the index, Investigation the proportion between volatileoil andl3-cyclodextrin, inclusion time, inclusion temperature on the effect of volatile oil in inclusionby the orthogonal test method, To optimum technology. Results: Theoptimum extraction pro- cess were materials which screen mesh were 20, adding 6 fold water, not dipping, and the extracting for 6 h;the proportion be- tween volatileoil and^-cyclodextrin was 1:6, inclusion time for 120 min and the inclusion temperature was at 50℃ for the opti- mum inclusion technology. Conclusion: The method can fully extract volatile oil from Ezhu(rhizoma curcuma) and Baizhu (rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae),Volatile oil's stability increased after being included by β-cyclodextrin indusion compound. The whole technology is simple and feasible.
