摘  要:目的:研究葛根总黄酮对急性酒精中毒小鼠自主行为活动的影响。方法:小鼠分别以浓度为500 mg/kg、250 mg/kg、125 mg/kg的葛根总黄酮灌胃,灌胃体积均为0.2 m L/10 g。灌胃给药后30 min,按0.14 m L/10 g体质量给予56%红星二锅头,造成醉酒模型。测定小鼠攀附时间、睡眠潜伏时间、睡眠时间,酒后不同时间段的自主活动次数,并测定小鼠血清中乙醇浓度。结果:葛根总黄酮能明显延长小鼠攀附时间、延长小鼠睡眠潜伏时间,缩短醉酒小鼠的睡眠时间,减少醉酒后小鼠的活动次数,降低醉酒小鼠血清中乙醇浓度。结论:葛根总黄酮能有效预防醉酒,降低醉酒后小鼠的兴奋性,使躁烦症状减轻。Objective: To research the effect of Pueraria lobata flavone on acute alcoholism intoxicated mice autonomous ac- tivities. Methods: Mice were oral given Pueraria lobata flavone at 500 mg/kg, 250 mg/kg and 125 mg/kg, with gavage doses of 0.2 mL/10 g. Drunkenness model was caused by oraled 56° hongxing wine with 0.14 ml/10 g, 30minutes after oral administration. The cling time, sleep latency, sleep time were determined. And independent activity frequency after drink in different periods and ethanol concentration in serum were determined. Results: Kudzu flavonoids can significantly prolong cling time, prolong sleep latency, shorter sleep time of drunken mice, decrease the number of activity, and reduce drunken mouse serum ethanol concen- tration of drunken mice. Conclusion: Kudzu flavonoids were effective in preventing drunk, reducing the excitability, and alleviat- ing restlessness symptoms of drunken mice.
