摘　　要："治未病"是中医治病、养生的重要思想。亚健康,是健康和疾病之间的中间状态。对中医"治未病"与亚健康关系进行了深入阐述,以中医"治未病"思想探讨现代亚健康调理的策略,从调理原则、调理阶段、调理方法等各个方面展开综述。＂Preventive treatment of disease＂ is the important thought of treatment and health Chinese Medicine. Sub-health is an intermediate state between health and disease. This paper discussed the relationship between ＂preventive treatment of dis- ease＂ of TCM and sub health in detail, and explored the modem health care strategy, on expand review from conditioning prin- ciples, conditioning stage, conditioning methods and other aspects, based on ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ theory of Chinese Medicine.
