加味复元活血汤口服联合椒艾四黄汤外洗治疗小腿骨皮瓣术后早期再感染25例

摘　　要：目的:观察加味复元活血汤内服联合椒艾四黄汤外洗治疗小腿骨皮缺损行游离骨皮瓣术后局部再感染的疗效。方法:将48例游离皮瓣早期感染患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组23例。治疗组患者口服加味复元活血汤配合椒艾四黄汤外洗;对照组患者继续常规消毒换药,持续2-3周,应用敏感抗生素控制感染,直至渗出减少。结果:治疗组在疼痛缓解、创面感染渗出控制、创面结痂痊愈周期、抗生素使用时长等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味复元活血汤口服配合椒艾四黄汤外洗治疗游离骨皮瓣术后早期感染效果显著,可显著改善感染局部骨皮瓣循环,具有抗炎抑菌、促进愈合的作用。Objective： To observe efficacy of Jiaweifuyuanhuoxuetang （加味复元活血汤 ,JWFYHXT） and Jiaoaisihuangtang（椒艾四黄汤, JASHT） reinfection in leg with free bone-skin flap. Methods： The 48 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=25） and control group （n=23）. Patients were given oral of JWFYHXT and external use of JASHT in treat- ment group, and patients in control group were treated by routine anti-infection with sensitive antibiotic for 2 to 3 weeks.Re- sults： The treatment group showed better efficacy than than the control group, on releasing of pain symptoms, reducing of wound infection area, decreasing of exudation and time of scab （P〈O.05）. Conclusion：Oral of JWFYHXT and external use of JASHT can provide good efficacy for reinfection of free bone-skin, improve local blood circulation of infectied flap, anti-inflammatory antibacterial and promote healing.
