手足口病致迟缓性麻痹合并中枢神经系统感染的肌电图分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手足口病致迟缓性麻痹合并中枢神经系统感染患儿的肌电图特点。方法对75例手足口病致迟缓性麻痹患儿按是否合并中枢神经系统感染分为2组,即感染组45例和未感染组30例。结果感染组肌电图异常44例,异常率98%;未感染组肌电图异常18例,异常率60%。结论手足口病致迟缓性麻痹患儿合并有中枢系统感染者肌电图异常率明显高于未合并感染者。Objective To investigate the electromyogram characteristics of children with central nervous system infection combined with flaccid paralysis caused by hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Totaily 75 children with flaccid paralysis caused by hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into infected group （n=45） and uninfected group （n=30） according to whether complicated with central nervous system infection. Results The abnormal rate was 98% in infected group （n=44） and 60% （n= 18） in uninfected group. Conclusion The abnormal rate of children with central nervous system infection combined with flaccid paralysis caused by hand-foot-mouth disease is higher than that of uninfected children.
