摘  要:目的探讨颅脑外伤后低钠血症与脑钠素、抗利尿激素和醛固酮的关系及其发病机制。方法测定42例颅脑损伤患者伤后第1、5、7、10天不同时间点血钠、尿钠、脑钠素、抗利尿激素和醛固酮的浓度。结果 15例患者(44.1%)出现低钠血症,较无低钠血症者血醛固酮浓度显著降低,抗利尿激素浓度显著升高。结论低钠血症的发生与醛固酮分泌减少、抗利尿激素分泌增加有关。Objective To explore the relationship between hyponatremia and serum brain natriuretic peptide, antidiuretic hormone and aldosterone after traumatic brain injury. Methods The brain natriuretic peptide, antidiuretic hormone and aldostetone levels of 42 patients with brain injury were measured at the lst,5th,7th,and 10th day after injury. Results 15 patients (44. 1%) had hyponatremia. These patients had lower aldosterone and higher vasopressin than patients without hyperlipidemia. Conclusion Hyponatremia is related to reduced aldosterone secretion and increased antidiuretic hormone.
