摘 要:采用改良座滴法研究了Zr基合金Zr50Cu50、Zr50Cu40Al10和Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5与ZrC在1 253K下的等温润湿行为及界面结构。结果表明,3种Zr基合金与ZrC的润湿,随着组元种类的增加润湿性逐渐改善,同时形成了前驱膜,且前驱膜的宽度随组元种类的增加而变宽。热力学分析表明,前驱膜的形成需要满足固-液界面上有强烈的相互作用,同时又能保持弱的界面反应性;铺展动力学分析表明,带有前驱膜特征(即吸附润湿)的铺展可以用分子动力学模型来描述。The wetting behavior and interracial structures of Zr-based allogys/ZrC at 1 253 K were studied by using a modified ses- sile drop method. The wettability was improved by adding the constituent elements in the system, and a transition of the precur- sor film was also developed together with the increase of width. Based on the thermodynamic analysis, the occurrence of the pre- cursor film needs to satisfy the condition that active composition has a strong affinity with substrate, and meanwhile can remain relatively weak reactivity. The results from the spreading dynamics indicated that the wetting with precursor film (i. e. , adsorp- tion wetting) can be described by molecular dynamic model.
