摘　　要：随着上海自贸区的建立和快速发展,现代物流业和电子商务因其可复制性和推广性成为自贸区发展的重点领域。上海现代物流业发展态势良好,但是还存在成本高和效率低等问题,电子商务处于起步阶段,安全监管、知识产权保护等问题日益凸显。结合上海自贸区的特点及其现代物流业和电子商务发展的实际,借鉴新加坡和荷兰贸易信息化的先进管理经验,为加快上海自贸区现代物流及电子商务的发展,从成本、效率、信息化、政府监管以及人才等方面提出对策建议。With the establishment and rapid development of the Shanghai FTZ,due to its replication and promotion the modern logistics and e-commerce become key areas of FTZ.The modern logistics development situation is good,but there are high cost and low efficiency.At the same time,the e-commerce is in its infancy,so lack safety supervision,the protection of intel-lectual property rights and other issues.According to the characteristics of the FTZ in Shanghai and its realistic development of modern logistics and e -commerce,and the advanced management experience of Singapore and the Netherlands,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestionsin from cost,efficiency,information,government regulation in order to speed up the development of modern logistics and electronic commerce in FTZ.
