促进新疆与中亚国家跨境贸易人民币结算业务发展的对策建议

摘　　要：基于阐述国际贸易结算货币选择理论研究现状,新疆与中亚国家跨境贸易结算货币选择情况,分析新疆与中亚国家跨境贸易人民币结算业务发展的制约因素,包括新疆本地企业缺乏对货币结算的选择权、中亚国家对人民币的持有意愿不强以及汇率存在不稳定性、石油等大宗商品贸易习惯采用美元结算,以此提出加大宣传力度,强化对人民币跨境结算的认识,提高人民币在中亚国家的认可度,提升新疆企业的国际竞争力,完善商业银行清算体系等对策建议。On the basic of elaborating theory status on the currency options of international trade settlement,the situation on the trade settlement currency options between Xinjiang and Central Asian countries,this paper analyzes constraints of the trade set-tlement currency options between Xinjiang and Central Asian countries,including that local enterprises in Xinjiang are lack of monetary settlement option,the wish that Central Asian countries hold the RMB is not strong and exchange rate is unstable,oil and other commodities trade accustomed to using US dollars.So we should increase the efforts of propaganda,strengthening the cognition of RMB cross-border settlement,improve the RMB recognition in Central Asian countries,enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises in Xinjiang,perfect commercial bank clearing system.
