摘 要:目前我国绿色食品产业发展势头良好,总量规模稳步扩大,产业水平不断提升,品牌效益日益明显,市场前景十分广阔。绿色食品价格定位的影响因素主要包括资源和环境成本因素、消费者福利成本因素、社会福利成本因素和其他成本因素。我国绿色食品生产企业应根据绿色食品的差异性和可替代性特点,根据不同收入的消费者群体、不同的市场状况和购买数量,在综合考虑绿色食品价格构成要素的基础上,采取相应的价格歧视策略。The development of green food industry of China is enjoying a great momentum at present,the scale is continually expanding,the industrid level is rising,due to good and prospecting marketing,promoting productive forces and well received brands.However,it is the cost of environment and resources,the welfare cost of consumers and society,and other cost factors that determine the pricing of green food.Therefore,the China green food enterprises should overall consider the price structure of green food to make a discriminating price strategy,based on the diffience and replaceability of green food,the income of consumers,the market conditions and the amount that purchased.
