摘　　要：在轧管理论的基础上,建立了集中差速传动钢管张减机的工艺参数计算方法,开发出一种张减工艺参数计算软件。生产实践表明,该软件计算出的微张力减径机孔型和工艺参数准确性高,提高了工作效率,取得了较好的经济效益。On basis of pipe rolling theory, a method for calculating the process parameters of pipe centralized differential transmission stretch reducing mill was established and a kind of process parameter calculation software for stretch reducing mill developed. Production practice showed that the groove and process parameter of slight stretch reducing mill calculated by the software were of high precision. Working efficiency was improved and good eeonomic benefit achieved.
