摘　　要：煤矿企业人事管理信息系统采用MVC分层结构B/S架构,使用了面向对象技术及SSH三大框架。系统严格按照软件工程的瀑布模型开发,而且是面向对象、面向服务方式的开发。系统主要完成了用户登录、用户信息修改、密码修改、帐号锁定、密码过期提醒、假期申请、密码初始化申请、审批、员工管理、部门管理、系统日志等功能。System uses a hierarchical structure of MVC B / S structure,object-oriented technology and SSH three frameworks. System is developed strictly in accordance with the waterfall model of software engineering, development, and is object-oriented, service-oriented development approach. System is mainly complete user login, modify user information, change passwords, lock the account number, password expiration reminder, leave applications, password initialize application, approval, staff management, departmental management, system logs and Other functions. Staff management is mainly done adding staff, delete employees, employees account lock function, departmental management completed a major new department, delete departments, modify department information functions.
