剖宫产预输注羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液在剖宫产术中的临床应用价值。方法将2013年1月—2014年6月210例行择期剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组及对照组各105例,观察组输注羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液500 m L,对照组输注乳酸钠林格液500 m L,然后实施腰-麻联合麻醉。结果 2组产妇的均顺利完成手术,无呼吸抑制,脉搏血氧饱和度在98%-100%,术前平均动脉压、心率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;观察组术中平均动脉压高于对照组;心率、低血压发生率,麻黄碱总用量低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论腰-硬联合麻醉行剖宫产手术前输注羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液,能有效减少术中低血压的发生,是安全可靠的措施。ObjectiveTo investigate the Hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 sodium chloride injection clinical value in the application of cesarean section.MethodsIn January2013-June 2014 210 lines marked maternal as study cases,were randomly divided into observation group and the control group（n=105）,observation group infusion 500 ml Hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 sodium chloride injection,control group infusion liquid sodium lactate slinger 500 ml,then implement the waist-hemp combined anesthesia.ResultsTwo groups of mothers were successfully completed surgery,no respiratory depression,pulse oxygen saturation in 98%-100%,preoperative mean arterial pressure,heart rate was no significant difference（P〉0.05）;Observation group of mean arterial pressure higher than that of control group;Heart rat times/min,the incidence of hypotension ephedrine、The total ephedrine is lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe waist line - hard combined anesthesia cesarean delivery before surgery infusion Hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 sodium chloride injection can effectively reduce the occurrence of intraoperative hypotension,is reliable and safe effective measures.
