细胞免疫治疗对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者HBV-DNA的影响观察

摘　　要：目的研究DC-CIK细胞免疫疗法对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者乙肝病毒核酸物质(HBV-DNA)及肝功能的影响。方法将40例CHB患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,观察组采用DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗,对照组采用干扰素治疗。分析2组治疗后HBV-DNA及肝功能的变化。结果观察组患者治疗后HBV-DNA含量及肝功能变化显著优于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者均未观察到特殊不良反应。结论 DC-CIK细胞免疫疗法可有效清除乙肝病毒,改善患者的肝功能,值得临床推广。ObjectiveTo study the effects of DC-CIK cell immunotherapy for patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB）of HBV-DNA and liver function.Methods80 patients with CHB were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,the observation group using DC-CIK cell immune therapy,the control group using interferon treatment,change statistical analysis HBV-DNA and liver function of two groups after treatment. Resultsthe patients in the observation group after treatment,the changes of HBV-DNA content and liver function was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,two patients were not observed adverse reaction.Conclusion DC-CIK cell immune therapy can effectively eliminate hepatitis B virus,improve the liver function of patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
