摘　　要：目的探讨一次性安全头皮针的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年1月—12月入住感染性疾病科肝炎病区的198例患者,随机分为观察组105例和对照组93例,观察组使用一次性安全头皮针进行输液,对照组使用普通的一次性输液针进行输液。观察2组穿刺成功率、护士针刺伤发生情况。结果 2组穿刺成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护士针刺伤的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用一次性安全头皮针能有效避免针刺伤的发生,有助于减少护士因针刺伤而感染传染病的危险。Objective to study the clinical application of one-time security scalp needle effect. Methods select 1～12, 2013 in infectious diseases department hepatitis ward in 198 patients, 105 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 93 cases, observation group the use of disposable transfusion safety scalp needle, the control group use common disposable infusion needle for intravenous infusion, observe two groups of puncture success rate, needle stick injuries occur. Results the puncture success ratio is similar between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ,the incidence of needle stick injuries of observation group was obviously lower than the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion application of disposable safety scalp needle can effectively prevent the occurrence of needle stick injuries to help reduce the risk of nurse for needle stick injuries and infection of infectious diseases.
