摘　　要：目的探讨提高医务人员手卫生依从性及正确洗手率的措施,减少医院感染的发生。方法我院医院感染管理科2013年4月—6月对全院医务人员手卫生知识进行持续培训、考核、督查、反馈,并采取针对性整改措施。结果医务人员手卫生依从性及正确洗手率明显改善,效果满意。结论加强手卫生知识培训、督查、考核,提高医院感染防控意识,养成良好的洗手习惯和氛围,完善洗手设施,可明显提高医务人员手卫生的依从性和正确洗手率。Objective To explore and improve the measures of hospital medical staff hand hygiene compliance and accuracy can reduce the occurrence of hospital infection. Methods Hospital Infection Management Division carried out hand hygiene knowledge training, inspection, supervision and feedback, and take corrective measures for hospital medical staff between 2013 April-6 months. Results Medical staff hand hygiene compliance and accuracy improved significantly, and effect is satisfactory. Conclusion To strengthen the hand hygiene knowledge training, supervision, examination,and to improve the hospital infection prevention and control consciousnesses,and to develop good atmosphere of hand washing, and to improve the hand washing facilities can obviously improve the medical staff hand hygiene compliance and accuracy.
