摘　　要：目的验证医护联合干预法对老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将入组患者随机分入干预组和对照组,干预组给予医护联合干预,对照组予常规医疗护理,6个月后比较两组在BNP、SDS评分上的差异。结果干预组在BNP和SDS评分上均优于对照组。结论医护联合干预法可有效用于老年慢性心力衰竭的治疗,较常规医疗护理有明显的优势。Objectives To evaluate the efficacy of physician-nurse combined health care in geriatric chronic heart fail-ure.Methods patients were divided into test group or control group randomly .In the test group , physician-nurse combined health care were given , while in the control group , were routine health care .The BNP and SDS of the both groups were compared after 6 months.Results Both of BNP and SDS of test group were better than those of control group .Conclusions The physician-nurse combined health care have better efficacy in geriatric chronic heart failure than routine health care .
