摘  要:采用蒸馏法去除磷钾伴生矿的盐酸浸出液(酸浸液)中的氯离子,同时回收盐酸。研究了不同种类盐酸盐(AlCl3、MgCl2、CaCl2、KCl)和硫酸对蒸馏过程的影响,结果表明:其它条件相同时,含不同种类盐酸盐的盐酸馏出液中HCl含量的大小顺序依次为:MgCl2〉AlCl3〉CaCl2〉KCl;加入硫酸后,馏出液中HCl含量增加,而不同种类盐酸盐对盐酸蒸馏的影响差异变小;向磷钾伴生矿酸浸液中加入化学计量的硫酸,当有80%的液体被蒸出时(沸程为109.2~124.4℃),体系中78%的氯离子被脱除。Distillation was used to remove chloride ions from acid-leaching solution of phosphate-potassium ores and recycle hydrochloric acid.Effect of different kinds of hydrochlorides(AlCl3,MgCl2,CaCl2,KCl)and sulfuric acid on the process of distillation were investigated.The results showed that,with the same other conditions,the content of HCl in the distillate was followed by MgCl2〉AlCl3〉CaCl2〉KCl.The content of HCl in the distillate increased when sulfuric acid was added into the hydrochloric acid containing different kinds of hydrochlorides.However,the difference of hydrochloric acid removal among the solutions containing different kinds of hydrochlorides was small.When 80% of the acid-leaching solution of phosphate-potassium ores was distilled(boiling point range was 109.2~124.4 ℃)by adding stoichiometric amount of sulfuric acid,78% of chloride ions were removed from the system.
