摘　　要：企业信息化是当前制造业的热点,如何利用计算机技术提高生产效率更是其中的重点内容。本文通过分析工作流技术和生产流程,设计了一种基于工作流技术的生产管理系统,以实现对生产过程的信息化管理。通过在企业中的实际应用,证明该方法能够有效提高企业生产效率。The enterprise informationization is a hotspot of manufacturing industry. One of the key elements is to use computer technology to improve production efficiency. This paper, by analyzing workflow technology and production process, designs a production management system based on workflow technology, in order to achieve the informationization management of production process. Practical application in the enterprise proves that this method can effectively improve production efficiency.
