摘 要:针对某汽车打包机门盖的结构特点,运用有限元分析技术并结合优化设计方法,建立了门盖的有限元计算模型,进行了高级非线性分析,给出了门盖在额定载荷时的位移和应力分布情况,指出了门盖的薄弱环节,并对门盖的几何参数进行静态特性的灵敏度分析.在此基础上,确定了门盖主要设计参数的变化对门盖应力的影响规律.通过修改设计参数对门盖进行结构优化,使门盖结构既满足设计要求,又达到质量轻、成本低的目的.According to the structure of the door cover of a car baler,this paper established the finite element (FE) model and presented the advanced nonlinear statics of the door cover by means of FE method. The displace-ment and stress distribution of the door cover with full load were given, and the weaknesses of the door cover were found. And the sensitivity analysis based on statics performance of the geometrical parameters of the door cover was performed. Furthermore, the Von Mises affected by the value of the chief parameters of the door cover were confirmed. Finally, the door cover was optimized by modifying the design parameters. As a result, the struc-ture of the door cover meets the design requirements and reaches the purpose of light weight and low cost.
